SHIPPING POLICY — KŪKAN
ARTICLE 1 - SHIPPING ZONES KŪKAN ships internationally, with a primary focus on Europe. We strive to bring our structured designs to customers worldwide.
ARTICLE 2 - PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIME All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. This timeframe corresponds to the quality check, preparation, and packaging of your order in our logistics center before it is handed over to the carrier. Shipments take place on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
ARTICLE 3 - ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES Once the order is dispatched, the carrier's transit time is estimated between 4 and 9 business days. KŪKAN makes every effort to respect these timeframes. However, these times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier's logistical constraints or cases of force majeure (customs delays, weather conditions, etc.).
ARTICLE 4 - SHIPPING METHODS & FEES At checkout, you will have the choice between two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping

Service: Standard tracking and delivery to the address provided.
2. Secured Priority Shipping (Loss & Theft Insurance)

Cost: 7.99 €

Service: This premium option includes priority processing in our warehouse and full insurance coverage against loss, theft, or breakage during transit.

Guarantee: In the event of a confirmed issue during transit, we commit to immediately reshipping a new product at no additional cost to you, bypassing standard investigation delays.
ARTICLE 5 - CUSTOMS AND DUTIES As our products are shipped from our international logistics centers (outside the EU), customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be liable to be paid. These duties and sums are not under the control of KŪKAN. They are the sole responsibility of the customer, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
ARTICLE 6 - ORDER TRACKING As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You will be able to track the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website or via the link provided in the email.
ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY ISSUES In case of a delivery delay exceeding the announced timeframes, please contact us at contact@kukan-studios.com so that we can launch an inquiry with the carrier.
If the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it:

For Standard Shipping: An investigation will be opened with the carrier (this can take several days).

For Secured Priority Shipping: We will apply the guarantee immediately and reship a new item to you right away.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to make any necessary reservations with the delivery person in case of visible damage.
